We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Studio Manager to oversee our studio operations, coordinate projects, manage finances, and foster relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the YouTube studio.
• Ensure the studio is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with the necessary tools and technology.
• Work with our coordinator to manage studio bookings efficiently.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with content creators, production teams, and the in-house coordinator to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Assist the coordinator in developing and managing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a seamless workflow.

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor and manage the studio’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Generate financial reports and analyze spending to optimize resource allocation.

Creative Input:

• Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and best practices for video production.
• Bring creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to enhance video content and studio processes.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute innovative video shoots.

Technical Operation:

• Support to operate cameras and other production equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during shoots.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and up to date.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a studio or similar environment.
  Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and video production techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  Technical proficiency with cameras and production equipment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Film Production, Media Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience working in a YouTube production environment.
  Familiarity with video editing software and other post-production tools.
